HUNTING.

WAVERLEY HUNT CLUB

(From Our Own Corerspondent.) The second run in connection with the Egmont-Waver ley Hunt Club was held on Mr. Brewer's property on Saturday last, about 70 riders turning out. Several hares were started and one was killed. Talking to one or two of the hunt I was informed that this was the most enjoyable run held for a good num ber of years. Mr. S. Bourke, who was riding a young horse, had the misfortune to be thrown and got a few cuts about the face and a good shaking but luckily escaped any serious injury.'
