Troulble has arisen in connection with the discharge of coal frm the steamer Doonholm, which arrived from Cardiff on April 22, 'and has been going on daily without any necessity for overtime. Within the past few days the vessel has been chartered, and is required to be in an Australian port iby -a certain date, and to enaible her to do so overtime has become necessary.

On the ship's agents ordering the men iback to-night they refused, alleging Ithat the vessel -was insufficiently lightered. The agents offered to provide additional lighters, and the omen then stated that, not having been offered overtime till to-night, they were not willing to commence, and did not turn to.
