Unusual inltel-est is manifested- in the sitting off the Arbitration Court here to-morrow, particularly iby representatives of various industrial unions. It is expected the Court will make its half-yearly declaration respecting the cos!t of living, 'and will also announce its decision whether the index figures for the iperiod warrant an increase or a decrease in the 'bonus to workers.
