At Bumside, generally speaking, last week's trices were maintained. Fat "catt c—Thee —The demand, everything considered, was very fair, and the entire yard'ng moved off at an average of 7s 6d per head lower than the previous week. Prime ox beef was worth approximately 3os per 1001b. with pan sorts eas:er. Graziers were takins'odd pens ,of- forward steers at ahout 20s per 100, and cow beef brought from 19s to 225. Fat cheep—The tone of 'the market was rather better than last week, taken all over, and really prime stuff was worth 11s per head "better than last week. Other sorts were about on par with last sale rates. Towards the close' of the sale bidding slackened off considerably. Mutton was worth up to 3|d for prime wethers and up to 3d for ewes. Prime wethers brought 22s 3d to 29s 6d 5 medium 17s to 21s, and light and unfinished 14s-ud. Prime heavy ewes sold from 19s to 24' 6d. medium 15s 6d to 18s,1. l'ght and aged from 10s 6d up. Pat lamhs—Values ranged from 14? to 21s. Pigs—Porkers and bacoiieis sold at 8d to B£d per lb.
