The Mayor of Hawera, Mr. E. Dixon M.P., in company with Mrs. Dixon and Miss Dixon, left Hawera for Wanganui 1 this afternoon. On Monday they go on to Wellington, where Mr. Dixon will spend a couple of days attending to public business, after which he will visit Nelson. Mr. Dixon expects to be away from Hawera about a fortnight. -< Messrs Treweek and Joll land and stock agents, advertise in this issue a rew properties, for which there is a demand.
