The value of > the August-March receipts, 1919-20, was £5,094,9^6, at the rains of lOfd per pound. For the same period this year the value was £6,302,----321, at the rat© of 13* d per pound, an increase of £1,207,393. From the foregoing it will he seen that although there, was a falling oif of 3 per cent, in the quantity of cheese received into the grading stores, the value .shows a substantial increase: The total increase in • the Valued of ibutter and cheese uncter review during 1920-21 reached the huge \figure of £7,089,892.
