WELLINGTON, May 6. A. meeting at Wellington decided to further the interests of the Irish people by the- formation of a Self-Determina-tion for Ireland League., and the draft constitution was agreed upon, in ssrhich the Wellington League proposes to extend its functions and activities throughout the provincial districts of Wellington, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Nelson, and Marlborougn. The aim of the league, as expressed in the constitution, is to secure organised support for the right of the people of Ireland to choree freely, without coercion or dictation from outside, their own form of gverntnent, and their polift'ieal relationship with other States and :pet>ples.
