The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day: The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but northerly moderate to strong winds prevailing and. freshening; there is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with increasing haze and" cloudiness, and the weather will probably become warmer; the barometer has a falling seas and tides moderate.
