The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 9th inst. :
Tallow: "We quote present spot values for the following descriptions r Fine mutton, £2 2s 6d per cwt; good ibeef, £2,15; mixed, £1 Us 6d. Tone of market steadier.
' Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having receive^ the following cablegram from their London house under date ot the 9th inst. : -
Tallow: Nominally 2s lower. Nomlnai quotation: Fine mutton 43s 6d, "good '-mixed 39s ex warehouse.
