LONDON, Dec. 14. _ Lord Birkenhead announces that the time is not ripe for the institution of an.lmperial Court of Appeal, but that the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council should be installed in a worthy building.
Arrangements are being made to ■strengthen the Indian representatives by providing an adequate remuneration for Indian judges. The Indian work exceeds that of ail the other Dominions.
