(Received Dec. 16, 9.20 a.m ) BUENOS AIRES, Dec. 14. The Foreign Office declares that the Argentine Government will not give any notification of the. withdrawal from the League because it does not consider Argentine ever has been a member of ;he League.. The Foreign Office pointjd out that a series of diplomatic docunents recently published showed that Argentina had accepted the formation )f the League'in principle. Argentina ;eut delegates for the purpose of assistng the organisation of the League, but ts adhesion was conditional. The withdrawal of the delegates ends the matter so far as the present League is concerned.
