JUNIORS

(From Our Okaiawa Correspondent.) The above teams met on the Okaiawa ground, the game resulting in an easy win for the home team by 17 points to 3. Up until half-way through the first spell Okaiawa was kept busy defending its line, and the Hawera boys looked all over winners, but from then on the v weight of the Okaiawa forwards was too much for them. The first spell ended three points to nil in Okaiawa's favor, and the final result came as a surprise to supporters of the local team. For Okaiawa tries were scored by Iki Pi, W. Hawe (2/.
