LONDON, July 16. Lloydsl merchant shipping statistics show 3,578,000 tons building in the United Kingdom at the end of June, an increase of 184,000 tons as compared w^th March. The total building abroad is 4,142,----000 tons, a decrease of 405,000 tons, due to a large decrease in the "building of tonnage in the United States.
