" There - are conflicting reports from Vera Cruz regarding Carranza. It now appears that Carranza is fighting the revolutionaries at Hacienda Tamariz with. 6000 troops. The revolutionaries have 14,000. The battle is staged 70 miles south-east of. Mexico City. The general news shows that the trend is toward a revolutionary victery.
