PAISLEY BY-ELECTION.
LONDON, Feb. .12. The Paisley by-election polling is proceeding .to-day. It is expected to be a close thicg between Mr Asquiifli .and Mr Bigger. The Liberals are hopeful of a small majority. Labor is more optimistic. LONDON, Feb. 12. There was leavy polling in the .Paisley by-election. Th e result will be .announced on February 25.
