TRADE PROSPECTS.
(Times.) LONDON, Feb. 11. An important conference of manufacturers, and employers, is discussing .export prospects in the worM markets. It was decided that manufacturers ought regularly to allow a fixed portion of putput for exportation, regardless of home demands, with* a view tottihe restoration of exchanges. The conference favored a proposal to supply European countries only with raw materials instead of long credits.
