WELLINGTON, Jan, 30. Mr Ji,. Pago, S.M., who recently held: a departmental enquiry into a ease in' which Joseph Murphy, a postman, was charged with having on or about De~ cember 10 last failed to deliver certain postal packets, has decided that the evidence is insufficient to establish the guilt of the employee concerned Thepostal matter referred to was sent t©.the Wellington Post Office by the Rev it. S. Gray, New Zealand! Alliance and was found floating in the boat' harbor not having been delivered to> the addressees.
