(Received Aug. 29, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 28. The Australian Press Association learns that there is little improvement m Silesia, where armed revolt is in progress in the south-eastern corner. Bitter feeling is growing among the Poles over th 6 delay by the Entente in sending help. The situation is causing anxiety. Th e German Government, acting on Von der Goltz's advice, has informed the Entente that it is impossible to evacuate Latvia before the latter part or September. Meanwhile German troops continue to perpetrate outrages rages.
