REMARKABLE SCENES WHEN ITALIANS DEPARTED.
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT ROME, Aug. 28. Remarkable scenes at Fiume were •occasioned by the departure of the Italian Grenadiers, who have occupied Fiume since the armistice. A woman -drew a large tricolor across the street and then knelt and implored the sof<iiers to remain. The demonstration •deeply affected the officers and men, who were compelled to force their way -through the crowd, shouting: "We will whenever we are needed."
