AMERICAN VESSEL PLIES SINN FEIN FLAG.

A LOAN PROSPECTUS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHI LONDON, August 27. The American steamer Ashburne left Cork for Rotterdam fiying the Sinn Fein flag at the masthead and the American flag at the stern. LONDON, August 26. The prospectus of the Sinn Fein internal loan states the issue to be £2,----i 250,000 at 5 per cent., payable six months after the Irish Republic has received international recognition and the English have evacuated Ireland. The bond-holders may redeem at 5 per cent, within twenty years of the Republic'? ! recognition. The loan is to be used for1 propagating the Irish, cause all over the world, establishing foreign consular services, promoting Irish trade, fostering Irish industries, and generally for national purposes as the Republican Parliament directs.
