LONDON, Aug. 25. Referring to Mr F. M. B. Fisher's suggestion that Mr Henderson went behind th e Government's back and at; tempted to negotiate with people whose sole aim was-to effect the country's destruction, Mr Henderson challenges Mr Fisher to formulate a definite charge' which can be settled in the courts.-
