GENERAL'S OPTIMISTIC PREDICTION.
(Received Aug. 25. 10.10 a.m.) HELSINGFORS. Aug. 22. General Blakovitch predicts that 3Petrognid will be captured before October. He believes that half of the Red Army is awaiting a favorable opportunity to surrender. His advance awaits j further war material from the Entente.
