NOTE TO NEW GOVERNMENT
REQUESTING FULFILMENT OF ARMISTICE TERMS.

PARIS, Aug. 3. The Supreme Council has sent a. message to the new Hungarian Government, noting with satisfaction the establishment of a stable Government, and summoning it to fulfil the armistice terms forthwith, notably demobilisation and the observance of the new frontier lines.
