NEW YORK, Aug. 2. Mr V. K. Davies, secretary of the National Foreign Trade Council, announced that large American business interests were contemplating the establishment of a competitive system of communication unless the Pacific cables and wireless service shortly improved. Mr Davies added that American commercial houses were . suffering serious losses, due to delays in the transmission of business messages to tho Far East.
