GERMAN METALS FOR ENGLAND
LONDON, July 31. Rotterdam papers announce an agreement between an important British syndicate and a Dutch company with the object of a wholesale purchase of German metal products for immediate export to England. The agreement is due to the continuous rise in the American rate of exchange, which is increasing the industrial difficulties of England.
