BELAKUN FLEES TO VIENNA

Clemenceau that the new Hungarian Government accepts the Anglo-Italian proposals for an armistice, and the provisional fixing^of a line of occupation until the decision of the president of the Peace Conference is kno\jn. Hungary asks that the line be drawn at the Theiss river. COPENHAGEN. Aug. 2. It i 9 officially confirmed that Belakun has resigned and that Beidl has formed a Cabinet and issued a proclamation stating that the Government's main objects were to maintain order and negotiate with th e Allies.
