SETTLEMENT IN DIVORCE CASE.

Ihe •Chief Justice explained to the jury tnat the money would not go to petitioner, but be set aside for the benefit o* the children and possibly the wife -Replying to counsel the Judge said that respondent, a s well as petitioner, was fnrS d *° w**B- The Jury returned a formal verdict for £1250 and costs
