, WASHINGTON, May 27. It is officially announced that the rjn'ited States seaplane N.C.4 left Ponta-Delgada, Azores, at 6.18 a.m. and arrived in Lisbon at 4.2 p.m., Washington time. LONDON, May 27. Lieuts. Kingsford Smith, Val Rendle and Cyril Maddocks, Australians, flying ia Blackburn Kangaroo aeroplane, fitted with two Rolls Royce engines, intend to start on Monday in the prize flight to Australia, via Turin, Brindisi, Alexandria, India and Borneo. The journey will be divided into twelve sections. The machine's capacity is 1200 miles.
