LONDON, May 13 (delayed)Mr T. Johnson, ex-Commissioner of Railways for New South Wales, in an address at the Colonial Institute, outlined th© development of the railways in the various States, particularly the transcontinental railway, which had proved its utility during the war. The trains compare well with the best longdistance trains in the world.
