GERMANY WILL BE WASHED WITH BLOOD.

(Received March 4, 9.10^.m.) NEW YORK, March 3. Mr Dosch Fleurot telegraphing from Berlin, states that the proletariat revor Jution is about to start. Tie Government knows it, but is unwilling to begin the use of machine-guns,.because it is unwilling to start the flow of blood". Officials are convinced that Germany will be washed with blood when violence begins. The Independent Socialists and Communists are whipping their followers into a frenzy against the Government. More than 100,000 workers 3n Berlin are preparing to on March 5 for the purpose of establishing a proletarian distatorjshjp.
