"THE DANDIES."

% The combination of pictures and a smart company of entertainers to be introduced at the Opera House on Wednesday evening next has already been recorded a great success in other places. The company secured is Mr Edward Branscombe's *%ell-known people, "The Dandies,^' a bright .coterie of artists who have earned a fine reputation throughout the Dominion The versatility of "The Dandies" is a .strong feature in the qualifications as dispensers of clean, clever and acceptable comedy, leavened with choice selections from well-known operas and a well-chosen series of standard musical successes. Reports to hand indicate that "The Dandies" are one of the most accomplished bodies of entertainer? yet presented. The artists include Miss Christine Andrews, soprano; Miss Mandoline Knight, contralto; Miss Lenore Graham, comedierie; Miss Iris Edgar;, descriptive vocalist and pianist; Mr Kmgsley Chapman, tenor and light comedian; Mr Renn Millar, basso; Mr <?r ge Livingstone, comedian; and Mr Kennedy Black, baritone. "The Dandies" will present a complete change of programme on Thursday and Friday evenings. Prices of admission are 2s and Is, plus tax. Reserve seats, 2s 6d, may be reserved at P. T. Donnelly and Co.'s. The plan opens on Monday morning.
