COMPENSATION AWARDED.
AUCKLAND, Feb. 14. ! .At the Arbitration Court* Judge Stringer awarded Robert Millar £500 compensation against R. and W. Hellaby, Ltd., for injury to plaintiff's heart while in defendant's employ. His Honor said that it warn on a par with cases in which if- has been, held that where a worker died from pre-existent disease;, accelerated by accident, he came within the scope, of the Workers* Compensation Act.
