READY FOR AN EMERGENCY
LONDON, Oct. 19. The Dutch army has had all leave cancelled in readiness for an emergency. I Holland is making provision for war victims. ' Rifle and field gun fire has been heard near the frontier. The German© have flooded the districts westwards ou Antwerp, with a view to making a stand.—Arus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
