THEM
(Received Sept. 28 ,11.30 a.m.)' LONDON", Sept. 27. Sir C. Mcßeady (chief of the Metropolitan Police), interviewed, states that he has outlined a scheme to cope with female solicitation. Though enquiries chow that the position has been exaggerated, certain machinery will be put into motion forthwith, and the evil dealt with thoroughly.
