ALLIES CONSENT TO RECEIVE PEACE DELEGATES. (Extraordinary—Press Assn.) (Received Sept. 28, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept, 27. It is reported that Bulgaria has asked for an armistice, and that "the Minister of Finance and General Loukof are en route for ' French headquarters to discuss peace terms, King Ferdinand acquiescing.
