GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.
AFTER-WAR ASPIRATIONS,
(Received Sep. 27, 1.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Sep. 26. Admiral yon Koester, addressing the German Navy League, denounced the idea of a league of nations. He said that Germany after the war must have' colonies, with strong points d'appui, and also free trade on the seas under the protection of the German fleet.—Reuter.
