GERMAN INTENTIONS REGARDING RUSSIA.
AMSTERDAM, Sep. 26. Herr yon Payer, in the Reichstag, said tjhe Bre&t Litovsik treaty must stand, and cannot he submitted to a peace conference. Yon Payer did not attempt to disguise that Germany intended that Poland and other former Russian States must not he completely independent, but incline towards Germany in Germany's interest.—Aus.N.Z.
