LONDON, Aug. 3. The Radical Council adopted a resolution complaining that Mr Hughes has not explained his personal attacks on -British politicians. The Council describes him as the instrument of reactionary elements, who is discrediting Australia, and is a bitter partisan abusing the country's hospitality.
