LONDON, Aug. 2 (11.30 p.m.) Wireless German official; We repulsed attacks on the front on both sides of Vllle Montmoire and as far southward as Hartennes. Strong | ranco-British forces attacked the front line, northward of Grand Rozoy and Fere~en-Tardenois. Their tanks on both sides of Beugneux crossed our front lines and reached the heights northward of Beugneux, but were shot to pieces. We sanguinarily repulsed the infantry attacks.
