(Received Aug. 2, 12.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Aug. 1. The ofiicial Soviet organ reports that the Czecho-Slovaks have captured Ekaterinburg. The Soviet authorities have again appealed to the provincial authorities to preserve the capital from famine. Moscow and Petrograd have already been without bread for four days.—Times.
