(Received Aug. I, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, July 31. The Daily Express' Amsterdam correspondent says that Essen women have decided that" no more neutral workmen shall come to Krupp's. One German is sent to the front for every Dutchman employed. The women mobbed and stoned the last body of Dutchmen, crving, "Down with neutral job stealers.'' The German police were helpless.
