LONDON, July 30. . ' The Daily Mail's Vladivostock correspondent states that, replying to the new Government the British Government promptly defined the Allies' policy, which does not intend the slightest territorial encroachment, but aims only at internal restoration and the expulsion of the enemy.—United Service.
