LONDON, May 14. The War Office announce® the award of a special certificate of honor, to hm called, the King's Certificate, on discharge to all ranks, except officers, of the army, navy and air force discharged through wounds or disabilities incurred on active service or through other enemy action.

A second certificate of discharge will be awarded where recipients of the first voluntarily r.e-enlist and are. discharged.

The Dominion authorities will issue the certificate to former members of the Australian, Canadian and NewZealand naval forces, and the Account-ant-General of the Navy to members of the Malta, Newfoundland and general naval reserve.
