(Received Oct. 27, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 26. A French communique states: We attacked at six this morning between Driegrachten and Draslbank in Belgium, crossed the Saintwansbeck and Vocerbeck shoulder-deep in water, and made important progress despite the difficulties of the ground.
