At Burnside the demand for fat cattle was keen and prices h'gher than last week. Prime heavy bullocks £30 2s 6d, medium ±'23 2s 6d to £29 10s, others £18 and upwards..

Best cows £19, medium £15 to £17, others £12 and upwards. Sheep—Prime declined from 10s 6d to 20s, medium sold about late rates. Prime heavy w.ethers 53s to 58s, prime 48s to 535, medium 42s to 465, light unfinished ewes 53s 3d, one extra special 70s 3d, heavy 45s to 51s 9d, medium 40s to 465, others 35s and upwards. Lambs—Best 325, medium 25s to 27s 6d.
