PARLIAMENTARY NOTES.
A CAUCUS IN PROSPECT
(By Telegraph—Special to Star.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 27
A full caucus of the Liberal Party will be held on Thursday to discuss numerous questions concerning the interests of the party as a whole. Special reference will be made to the inequality of Liberal representation in the National Cabinetj and to the condition of the Legislative Council, which at present consists of only 25 members, mostly Reform representatives.
Another subject of discussion - be the general interests of the Liberal Party in view of next year's general election. ;
