LONDON, Aug. 24. Wireless Russian official: The Roumanians attacked northward of Grozestchi and north-east of Soveia. The enemy occupied a portion of a trench in the direction of Buzeu. A counter-attack . ejected the enemy. PETROGRAD, Aug. 25. New difficulties threaten Russia. The railwaymen of two important railroads threaten to strike as a protest against the Government.
