PEKIN, July 11. Chang Hsun handed over control of the city to the gendarmerie. Trains leaving Pekin were searched, which prevented suspects from escaping. The Imperialist general, Feng-lin-kuo, was thus arrested, disguised in civilian attire.
It is reported that Chanir Hsun has taken refuge at the British Legation. The majority of his troops are within the Inmeriai Palace.
