MESOPOTAMIAN MUDDLERS DENOUNCED.

A Kipling poem in the Morning Post contains a biting denunciation of the Mesopotamian horrors. He says the dead heroes cannot return, and asks whether the slothful politicians and administrators shall be allowed to softly slide back into power by the favor and connivance of their kind.
