(Received July 12, 12.15 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 11. Many gatherings or political panties •and groups have apparently resulted in ■a compromise formula, which will be introduced at a full session of the Reich•stag. The formula to which the National Xiberals, the Centre Party, and the Majority Socialists agree demands that ■yon Hollweg shall adhere to his standjpoint of August, 1914, that the war is not a war of conquest, and that the readiness for peace demonstrated in the December Note still holds good. It is semi-officially announced that yon Hollweg will accept the middle rpelicy, excluding both extensive annex.ations and peace without annexations or indemmties.

The Berliner Tagtehlatt !that yon Hollweg's position is now very strong, as he enjoys the Kaiser's full confidence. The Lokal Anzeiger, hc-w----.ever, states that the National Liberal Party passed a unanimous vote that the • Chancellor is no longer worthy of confidence.
